At Vision Supported Housing, we offer support to help people reach their potential and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to do so. We work with people experiencing the most challenging of circumstances and causes of social exclusion and long-term deprivation, as well as anyone who may only have short term needs. We offer support to over 18s, with a connection to County Durham and who are assessed as having low to medium support needs. Our aim is to provide continuous support with any everyday issues via 24 hour staffing. We can also help with any Benefits, Education and Housing difficulties a resident may be experiencing.
